Aviv Shahar is the founder of Amber Network and Aviv Consulting. He is an international consultant, a coach, an author and a speaker. Aviv has extensive experience in coaching leaders—he has helped executives develop breakthrough strategies and improve their effectiveness, collaboration and innovation. Aviv has worked with executives in over 20 countries including Canada, Germany, Brazil, Taiwan, UK, Mexico, Holland, Czech Republic, Israel, and the US.

Aviv’s experience in coaching for high-level performance in critical operations goes back to when, as a fighter pilot, he was responsible for training other fighter pilots in the Israeli Air Force.
In his non-profit pursuits for over 25 years, Aviv facilitated groups in Israel and the US in their community development, personal growth and spiritual journey. He synthesizes his vast experience in management, philosophy, personal development and education, into an integral whole-person-development methodology.
Aviv created the “Blue Belt” top-talent development programs for Hewlett-Packard and the praised “Emerald Keys to Success”. Aviv’s writings have been published by the Pfeiffer Annuals, The AMA Best of the Best, T+D and The Futurist.
